Hot in LA right now, Jennifer Fisher jewelry line is just stunning. I want every single piece! http://jenniferfisherjewelry.com/
" Look at the girls in the street- it's the biggest runway in the world when you go to London", said Anna Wintour recently to Vanity Fair. She's right. London is like a huge catwalk where girls of every age love to experiment with fashion. Hats are a big thing here. Fedoras, fascinators, berets, beanies: You name it, they wear it. So, since I've arrived in London, I've kind of started a love affair with hats and the biggest coincidence is that I actually live next door to Philip Treacy's shop in Belgravia. Treacy's hats are incredibly hot but also incredibly expensive.
Recently, I came across a super cool american brand called Littledoe http://www.littledoeislove.com/. They make that kind of understated, cool and relaxed hats and headbands that you can wear everyday without looking as if you are trying too hard. Take a look at their website. I love every single piece, specially the feather headbands.
Hey guys! Sorry, I know I've been a very naughty blogger but unfortunately I was ill for a couple of weeks and then went to the south of England - Sandbanks - for Christmas and New Year. Now I'm back in London and I'll try to blog as much as my new professional venture will allow me ( I'll talk about that later). So let's get back to work and start by talking about fashion!
Here, around my area, Belgravia, most women wear an " uniform". By this I mean they all wear basically the same clothes/ accessories. A mink/fox coat; a Moncler puff jacket, Jimmy Choo biker boots; Prada tote or a Birkin. And on the weekend: a Goyard St Louis bag.
I know some people will hate me for this (probably, those who that have spend 1000$ on this bag), but the Goyard tote is so overrated that it hurts. It looks like the rubber/plastic bags that old women (including my grandmother) used for grocery shopping in Portugal, in the 80's. I know that Gwyneth and Kate love it and obviously Goyard is an amazing trunk maker since the XIX century, but I just can't understand why the St Louis is such a hit!
